The Pine Blue sea moss if my favorite, it gives me lots of energy as well, I take once a day, 1 to 2 tbsp. The product is made so well, Michelle knows what she is doing when coming to making the sea moss, and the bitters. Shipped fast and was PHENOMENAL quality. I was a little worried because it's fruit infused but our package arrived cold with an ice pack and with instructions to immediately freeze the jars we weren't using. Best tasting sea moss I've ever had and you can feel the benefits so you know it's real Sea moss and you can taste it was made with filtered water. I will be purchasing again. We can freeze the jars for up to 6 months but my husband and I already went through two jars. It's giving one jar a week for two people if you're eating it every morning. Love it!!!!
