ORDER & SHIPPING TRANSPARENCY — VICELLE NATURALS

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After completing your order, you'll receive an automated confirmation email containing your order number. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact support@vicellenaturals.com.

ORDER PROCESSING
Standard processing time is 3–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends begin processing on the next business day. You'll receive tracking information once your shipping label is generated.

SHIPPING
We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure freshness of perishable items. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package dimensions, destination and chosen carrier service. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

TRACKING
Tracking numbers are emailed once your label is printed. For orders placed via Instagram or Facebook, tracking updates will be sent through the respective platform. For accurate tracking, check your carrier's website or your Vicelle Naturals order status page.

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
Upon delivery, please inspect your package immediately. Customers have 48 hours to report any concerns or issues, along with clear photos of any damage.

GEL PRODUCTS
Sea moss gels may arrive partially thawed. Refrigerate for 4–5 hours to restore proper consistency. We recommend consuming gels within the recommended time frame and storing them in the refrigerator upon arrival.
