To qualify for a return:

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of our sea moss gels and natural supplements, returns are accepted only for non-perishable items or products damaged or defective upon arrival.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or a jurisdiction that recognizes the Right of Withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.

4. Refunds
