RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Vicelle Naturals. Please review this Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy applies to all orders placed through our website.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Vicelle Naturals offers a 14 day return window for eligible non perishable products only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Only approved return requests are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Sea moss gel products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their perishable nature.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or a jurisdiction that recognizes a statutory Right of Withdrawal, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets our return eligibility requirements.

To exercise this right, contact support@vicellenaturals.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Item(s) to be returned

Once your request is received, we will provide return authorization and instructions if approved.

3. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If your return request is approved:

Please return the item in its original packaging, securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Vicelle Naturals is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are available for approved returns of eligible non perishable products.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after approval.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Vicelle Naturals does not control how quickly funds are posted to your account.

Shipping fees and insurance fees are non refundable.

Sea moss gel products are not eligible for refunds.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@vicellenaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

6. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sea moss gel products

  • Perishable wellness products

  • Opened or used items

  • Gift cards and promotional items
